SI Circular Protractor

The circular protractor has 360° design to measure a full circle. Hold down the center to create circles with a radius from 15 to 45 mm. Has four cut out circles with the diameters 10, 15, 20 and 25mm. Measures 4.7" (12cm) in diameter.
